How to setup email signature in Outlook Web App



1) Click on the settings icons on the right hand top corner of Outlook Web App


2)      Click on ‘Options’ from the dropdown list.

3)    Select settings 

















4) Select Mail Tab















     
         5)    Type in the signature details and select the option ‘Automatically include my signature on
            messages I send’

6)      Click save at the bottom of the Mail Tab
