Once you create the VM on the ESXi Host, Boot from Windows 11 ISO
You will get the below Error message.
Press Shift +F10 and Enter the below command
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\Setup\LabConfig /v BypassTPMCheck /t REG_DWORD /d 1
Type Exit, and you can start the installation process again.
NB: Make
sure you delete the Registry Key before you do the MDT Capture process.
